Steve Balmer – President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Balmer has been President and a director of the Company since July 14, 2005. Mr. Balmer is also President and Chief Operating Officer of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation, which operates its business under the banner name of the HERO Products Group, a 40 year old Vancouver-based producer and distributor of equipment for the paint and retail markets of the coatings industry. Mr. Balmer formerly held the position of President and Director of an international company selling equipment and chemicals to the global coatings industry. Prior thereto, Mr. Balmer held the position of Executive Vice President of the HERO Industries ("HERO Industries") division of Middlefield Bancorp Limited, a Toronto-based merchant bank trading on the TSX, for 12 years.

Anthony Traub – Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Traub has been Secretary and a director of the Company since July 14, 2005. He is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation. Prior thereto, he was a Director and the Founding Partner of a fund manager with $3.5 billion under management, primarily in the income trust sector trading on the TSX. Mr. Traub is a Chartered Accountant and prior to 1979 was involved in public practice.

Carlos de Melo – Vice President, Customer Service

Since October, 2001, Mr. de Melo has been employed by HERO Products Group an I.C.T.C. Holding coporation company(Formerly HERO Industries). Prior thereto and since October 2001, he was employed by HERO Industries. Prior thereto, Mr. deMelo had a 27-year career with ABC Dispensing Technologies. Over the course of such career, he held the positions of Vice President of Customer Service, Regional Director and Sales Manager. Mr. deMelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University at Long Beach and an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering from United Electronics Institute in Akron, Ohio.

Drew Gagnier – Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Gagnier has been employed as the Vice President, Marketing and the senior marketing and communications officer by HERO Products Group an I.C.T.C. Holding coporation company(Formerly HERO Industries) since August 1998. Over the past seven years, Mr. Gagnier has helped to shape and build I.C.T.C. into one of the leading suppliers of retail paint equipment. Mr. Gagnier has a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a fourth level Certified General Accountant.
